At Yummytails, your pet's health and satisfaction are our top priorities. We go to great extents to preserve the quality and safety of each product we ship. But in case you receive a damaged or wrong product, we are here to assist you.
Returns Eligibility
Given the perishable nature of pet food, we do not accept returns at this time for such reasons as change of mind, dislike, or if your pet will not consume the product.
We will accept returns or provide replacements/refunds in the following circumstances:

The product was damaged in transit

The product expired or is faulty
Return Request Window
To be eligible for a return or refund, you must initiate a request within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Return Approval Conditions

The item should be new and in its original, intact packaging

Proof of purchase (order ID and receipt) needs to be shared

Clear images/videos of the faulty or incorrect product need to be shared

Shipping Costs

In case your return is accepted due to damage or incorrect shipping, we will pay for the return shipping.
